Migraciony Soluciones – Electronic Visa Solutions

Migraciony Soluciones is a company based in the United States that provides electronic visa solutions. Since Republic Of Albania does not have an official e-visa application website or is still in the process of establishing one, applications submitted through our platform are processed under an official agreement.

Applications are submitted to the Republic Of Albania Immigration Authority via fax or mail from one of our offices located in the United States, Republic Of Albania, or the United Kingdom. The visa fee set by the government of Republic Of Albania is $59.90 USD. Additional charges, such as payment processing and card transaction fees, may be applied separately or included in the total fee.

Our company only generates revenue from the Express Visa service. Applications submitted with Express Visa processing are promptly forwarded to the Republic Of Albania Immigration Authority via fax on the same day. However, using the Express service is not mandatory.

In addition to Republic Of Albania, we also provide electronic visa solutions for El Salvador. Furthermore, under recently established agreements, we will soon begin offering e-visa services for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

This website can be considered an official visa application platform, and all applications are securely processed through Migraciony Soluciones. By completing the visa application form, users acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of service.

Refund Policy

​

-Only Express Visa fees are eligible for a refund. In such cases, after deducting service charges, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

​

-Official visa application fees paid directly to the government of Republic Of Albania are non-refundable, as is the case in all other countries. 

Referring to article 28 (5), law 79/2021 “On foreigners”: Payment for visa stamp and e-visa and service is not returned in cases of refusal to issue a visa stamp and e-visa.

-However, in cases of duplicate payments, incorrect transactions, or similar situations, a refund may be possible within the first 4 hours of payment.
